Can I buy direct from BWise?

BWise only sells through an authorized dealer network and does not offer quotes from the factory.

Can BWise build a custom trailer?

BWise is a production based manufacturer, without the ability to make fully customized trailers. We do have the capacity to make some changes, depending on the request. You may contact our sales department at [email protected], with your questions.

How do I get parts and service for my BWise trailer?

Most BWise Dealers offer parts and service after the sale. Please contact any dealer for assistance. BWise parts are only sold through our dealer network. Use our Find-A-Dealer tool to locate your nearest dealership.

Where is my VIN sticker located?

The trailer VIN decal is located on the drivers’ side, front of the trailer. Exact location varies slightly by model. If you have trouble locating your VIN sticker, reach out to us at [email protected].

How much will my trailer carry?

Carrying capacity is calculated by taking the GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) and subtracting the trailers empty weight (tare). The remaining balance is the legal payload. Trailers are designed to carry the maximum legal payload distributed along the length and width of the unit. It is the vehicle owners responsibility to ensure the tow vehicle is adequatedly rated for the truck/trailer combination. *EXAMPLE: 10,000 lbs. (GVWR) – minus 2,200 lbs. (Empty Weight) = 7,800 lbs. What type of hydraulic fluid should I use?

The recommended Hydraulic Fluid is ATF-Automatic Transmission Fluid. We suggest Dexron Brand II or III, or compatible.

How should I maintain my battery?

The tow vehicle will minimally charge your battery, if equipped, you should use the onboard 5Amp 110V charger to achieve full battery power.

How many paint color options are there?

We offer trailer models in black-only, or you can have up to 13 colors to choose from. On select models you can even choose to have 2-tone paint which provides virtually unlimited options.
